Why does the straightening brush pull or snag my hair?
To avoid pulling on your hair and achieve the best results, we recommend detangling your hair fully with a regular comb before use, styling in small sections, and ensuring the device has reached the preset temperature before styling.
Can I use the straightening brush on wet hair?
This product is designed for dry hair only. Using it on wet or damp hair will cause abnormal noise and may permanently damage the device or hair.
Why does my hair get dry and frizzy after using the cordless straightening brush?
This may be caused by using a temperature that’s too high, or by brushing the same strand of hair too many times. We recommend starting at a lower temperature and gradually increasing it until you find the setting that works best for your hair type.
Why didn't my hair turn out as straight as I wanted?
Select the appropriate temperature setting for your hair type, and use the straightening comb to glide from the roots to the ends at a slow and steady pace. If your hair is particularly coarse or thick, we recommend going over it twice.
