To increase the accuracy, please record one fingerprint more than once, covering every edge of the fingerprint.

Unlock Via keypad: Enter the password and press "#" to confirm.
Lock Via keypad: Press and hold "#" for 2s. NO PASSWORD required.
Your fingerprint and IC card data will be stored locally-rather than on the cloud. No worry about to lost your card, because you can delete specail data or fingerpritn user and IC card information if you need.
Type in random digits, it's still gain access as long as the real password is entered continuously in the longer set of numbers. Strangers cannot steal your password by fingerprints or watching it nearby.
Unlock in an emergency. A micro USB can directly power the lock and activate the keyboard. Charging it via the ports under the lock.

If you can't use the APP or keypad to control unless insert a key(lock is stuck), please help to check: re-install after rotate the spindle by 90 degree.
If the lock is in a non-addable state (the name is gray on the APP), please reset try to connect again. (For complete steps please refer to the FAQ Video we post.)
If you receive the deadbolt with scratch, it must be because amazon mixed returned item, pls contact support for a brand new one.
Generate a temporary passcode for guest. Please note: For security reason, the guest passcode needs to be used at least once in a certain period of time otherwise it will become invalid.
