It is not limited condition per Juan Guerrero (marketing manager) on the ASUS PC DIY Facebook group. This is a full production card. I asked this question and he said: "Answered in the white graphics live stream. They are normal production SKU, not limited edition."

No, but it does come with a ring instead.

Any Different from White and Black or they the same?

The white features a better capacitor configuration (MLCC blocks). Look at the top down view. The 30 series cards with the single capacitors have issues crashing unless you underclock the voltage vs. cards with even one MLCC block with the ten capacitors (this card has all MLCC block with ten capacitors). The black card does not have any ten capacitor blocks.
