ASUS ExpertCenter P500 Mini Tower Intel Core i7-13620H 2.4 GHz up to 4.9 GHz 16GB DDR5 1TB SSD Intel UHD Graphics Windows 11 Home Desktop, Gray - P500MVC-P71SR-CB

The refurbished ASUS ExpertCenter P500 is a Windows 11 Home mini-tower with a 10-core Intel Core i7-13620H, 16GB DDR5 memory, and a 1TB NVMe SSD, suited to students and home-office users who want responsive everyday computing and ample storage.

Recommended For

• Office and home-office users who keep many browser tabs, documents, video calls, and productivity apps open and want a fixed desktop setup. Reviews of the P500 family position its i7-13620H configuration for office productivity; this listing pairs that processor with 16GB memory and a 1TB SSD.
• Students who mainly study at a desk, use web-based learning tools, write papers, and run standard coursework applications; the desktop form factor suits a stationary study space rather than classes on the move.
• Users who want a desktop for everyday home tasks such as web browsing, streaming video, email, and document handling, without needing a dedicated graphics card for those tasks.
• Small offices that need a wired-or-Wi-Fi desktop for routine business applications and local file storage, and already have a monitor and desk space for a tower PC.

Real-World Use Scenarios

• For everyday home-office work—writing documents, updating spreadsheets, browsing the web, and joining video calls—the P500 is suited to keeping common productivity tasks moving without needing a graphics card.
• For remote meetings with documents and browser tabs open, the i7-based configuration is aimed at routine office multitasking; add a compatible webcam and headset or microphone, since they are not listed in the supplied configuration.
• For school or home study, it can handle research in a browser alongside writing assignments and everyday media playback, making it a practical fixed desktop when a monitor is already available or purchased separately.
• For occasional photo adjustments or simple media edits, the system has tested performance for basic content-creation workloads, but its Intel UHD graphics make it a less suitable choice for demanding effects, 3D work, or GPU-heavy editing.
• If work or study files grow, the mini-tower design offers room to expand memory or add storage, so users may be able to extend its usefulness instead of replacing the whole PC; check the exact SKU and warranty terms before upgrading.
