How do I install the curling iron?
First, find and line up the "dot" label, "unlock" mark on the base, "triangle" mark on the wand, and then insert the barrel into the handle, finally turn left until the dot aligns with the lock mark, which means the lock is complete.
Can this be used in Europe? Is it dual voltage?
It is dual voltage design 110-240V with a standard US plug. If you need to use it in another country, you will need a travel adapter.
Why does the curling iron not heat up and work?
If the product is not locked in place, it may fall out or fail to heat. Please make sure it is properly installed before using it.
