It arrived perfectly packaged like every other drive I have ever ordered, so I can only assume it is. Upon further inspection, the drive had no evidence of being used or previously unpackaged. I'd say it's safe assume it's a fresh drive.

What cables do I need to connect to a new Dell (Windows 10) desktop computer?

Accepted Answer

Basically, you will need the 
1- power cable that came with the computer
2- Ethernet cable to connect to your network
( Not needed if doing  a WiFi connection)
3- USB cable(s) for peripherals 
( no needed if peripherals are network ready witless or wired)
4) VGA, HDMI depending on the Monitors connection 
(Not needed if projecting to a wireless display)
