Why does the E-Ink screen briefly flash or refresh?
This is normal for E-Ink displays. The screen may briefly flash when refreshing pixels, such as when switching pages or updating data. It does not indicate a malfunction or affect the product's service life.
How do I switch between Celsius and Fahrenheit?
The device defaults to Celsius (°C). Double-press the button on the back to switch between Celsius (°C) and Fahrenheit (°F).
How long does the battery last?
Battery life is 8+ months with a gateway and 15+ months in standalone mode. With a gateway, keeping the time updated requires regular display refreshes, while other data refreshes when it changes. Actual battery life may vary by usage and conditions.
