This MiniHD SFF8643 reverse breakout cable is reversewired for server backplane application. The SFF8643 end works as target port to plug into MiniHD SAS server backplane, while four SATA 7pin connectors act as host ports to link motherboard onboard SATA interfaces
Supports 12Gbps SAS3.0 highbandwidth transmission, delivering stable performance for multidisk array, NAS and rackmount storage systems. Labeled P1P4 on SATA branches help easy channel identification during chassis wiring. Premium shielded construction suppresses electromagnetic noise to avoid disk detection failures.
Important note: This is reversedefinition breakout cable, NOT forward breakout cable for RAID controller cards. It cannot work if you plug SFF8643 side into RAID/HBA controller.
