This Dell original F4DPW Mini SAS AB cable is a dedicated internal storage interconnect wire exclusively designed for PowerEdge R720XD servers equipped with 3.5-inch drive backplanes. It adopts dual SFF-8087 Mini SAS connectors, one end connects to LSI 9207-8i, Dell H200, H700, H310 RAID/HBA cards, the other end links to server 3.5-inch disk backplane for mass SAS/SATA hard drive data transmission.
Manufactured with high-purity shielded copper conductors and full mesh braided shielding, it effectively suppresses electromagnetic interference and signal loss under sustained heavy read-write workloads. The factory pre-shaped fixed bending design perfectly fits R720XD internal space, eliminating messy redundant wiring without trimming or modification.
Gold-plated locking molded latches provide tight anti-loose contact to avoid connection failures caused by rack vibration during long-term round-the-clock operation. Integrated sideband signal wiring supports real-time hot-swap recognition, power management and drive fault alert functions.
