If I buy a Pixel and bring it over to T*Mobile I qualify for a rebate from them but only if it is not bought by a "Third Party Seller".  Any idea if MANGO via Newegg would work?

No it would not work. Third Party Sellers are any parties that are not Google or explicitly authorized by Google. In this case, the only other party explicitly authorized is Verizon, which makes them the "exclusive" provider, even though the phones are all unlocked and will work on any network.

Is this the same seller that was using a NH storefront to circumvent sales tax pricing and also violating Google's policy against reselling?  Many customers have already been banned by Google because of that scam. Hope this isnt it.
