Which carriers will this phone work on?

ATT, but to be completely honest I replaced this phone with a Moto G7 by Motorola because I couldn't pick it up or put it down without starting some app I had no use for. I much prefer the G7.

Does this work on Sprint, T-Mobile or AT&T?

Mine does.  Here's why.  AT&T and T-Mobile networks are called GSM. Sprint and Verizon are called CDMA. Huawei makes phones world wide that will run on both, or just on GSM or just CDMA. The Huawei Mate 10 Pro I bought from Newegg in February '18, a model BLA-A09, supports both types of networks. I have actually used the phone, with the appropriate sim card, on both the AT&T and Verizon networks and the phone worked very well on each.  Beware though, I recently saw an ad listing on brand X website the Mate 10 Pro, and that model will only work on AT&T/T-Mobile GSM networks.  My Newegg phone gives me the full choice of carriers.

What Android version is loaded on it? Or does it use Huawei's proprietary OS?

The product description here on Newegg says it comes with Android 8 Oreo. I bought my phone in June 2018 and in the "About Phone" setting it showed both Android 8 and EMUI 8 back then.  EMUI is the custom mobile operating system that is based on Android that Huawei uses.  My phone was updated to Android 9 Pie some time ago, and it sounds like Android 9.1/EMUI 9.1 is available for the Mate 10 Pro now too. My phone says it is both EMUI Version 9 and Android version 9 right now when I check in the "About Phone", but a year ago when I bought it, it was version 8 for both. Not sure if this is the answer you were looking for, but I hope it was helpful.

No.  It has a USB-C connector in the bottom, and an appropriate cable and 120 volt charging adapter are included in the box.  It has a 'fast charging' technology which does a nice job.

If the model number is BLA-A09, yes it is. It also works with ATT'S 4G-LTE, which is faster yet where available.

Does this take a micro-SD card to expand storage?

No place for a micro-SD card.  Files (pics?) can be saved automatically with apps from both Google and Microsoft, and with a good internet connection, you can't tell they're not on the phone. The pictures it takes are sharp and colorful. Besides, 128GB is a LOT of pictures.

It says that can scan business card but why cant I?

Huawei's camera software is probably what the literature is referring to.  The camera is excellent, comparable to any flagship phone as of spring 2018. It's as complex as you want, among other things having 14  'modes' (plus manual) to choose from (swipe from left of screen with camera on).  One of the modes is 'document scan' and will take a great picture of a business card.  It frames it correctly, takes the picture when in focus, and will square up the edges if you do not have the camera at the proper angle.  I suspect you could have an album called business card, and teach the camera to save cards there.

I bought this model on your website a year ago. Now the back cover of this phone has completely come off the glue, almost falling off. What's the solution? I'm in L.A. Are there any maintenance stations in L.A?

Any Mexican cell phone repair store can fix it in 5 minutes.. They are unbelievable! 20 bucks that's it.... Anyway I do own 3 Huawei mate 10 Pro mate 20 Pro and P30 Pro.... Soooooo happy.... Great phones!!!!?
