What should I do if the item gets hot?
If the receiving coil or transmitting board overheats and stops charging during use, please remove the charging device. Wait for it to cool down before attempting to charge again.
Will using a phone case affect wireless charging?
The thickness of the phone case does affect the magnetic connection and charging efficiency. For the best wireless charging performance, we recommend using a magnetic phone case or removing the case during charging.
How to keep charging fast?
1. For optimal charging performance, please use an adapter with 18W or higher.
