1. Improper fingerprint registration greatly affects unlocking:

• Limited registration angles: If you only scan the center of your fingertip during registration, it may fail to recognize different angles used during actual unlocking. Please register your fingerprint in multiple angles (tip, left side, right side) to cover the entire fingerprint area.
• Dry or wet registration environment: Excessively dry or sweaty fingers/screen can interfere with the ultrasonic signals. It's best to register your fingerprint when your finger is in its normal, slightly moist state.
• Incomplete registration: Sometimes the system prompts "registration complete" quickly, but the data might be insufficient. We recommend deleting old prints and re-registering carefully with various angles for a fuller scan.

2. Finger condition affects unlocking functionality:

• Too dry or too wet: Dry skin lacks clear fingerprint patterns, while sweat creates a water layer. Both change the ultrasonic signal and can cause failure.
