AJMRTC TS300B turbidity sensor module adopts infrared optical detection principle to monitor suspended particle content in water and sewage. When water contains sediment, algae and other suspended substances, light transmittance changes and the sensor converts optical signal into electrical signal. It provides analog voltage output for realtime turbidity data acquisition, meanwhile digital output with adjustable potentiometer can trigger threshold alarm when turbidity exceeds preset value. With fast response speed and compact structure, this module is easy to connect with various MCUs. It fits environmental sewage monitoring, household appliance waterquality detection, aquaculture waterbody inspection and student electronic experiments. Calibration is required before formal testing to improve measuring accuracy.
