AJMRTC HLK-LD020 radar motion sensor module adopts 5.8GHz microwave Doppler technology for moving object detection. Unlike PIR infrared sensors, it can detect motion through plastic, wood and other non-metallic materials, so you can hide it inside lamp housings, control panels and equipment shells without reserved sensing windows. It supports both 2.0mm and 2.54mm mounting hole pitches, bringing great flexibility for embedded structural design and SMT integration. The module comes with CDS photosensitive pin, which allows you to add an external photoresistor to realize day-night judgment; the radar will only trigger motion detection when ambient brightness is below your preset threshold. It outputs 3.3V digital signal, and the default hold delay is 5 seconds after motion disappears. It works stably in humid, smoky and dusty environments and is not easily affected by temperature changes. Widely used for smart ceiling lights, cabinet lights, corridor sensors, automatic door trigger, IoT human induction switches and DIY embedded sensing projects. Metal cover or thick metal barrier will block radar signals and cause detection failure. This listing includes 5 pieces for mass prototype testing and multi-sensor layout.
