HLK-LD2410D human presence radar module adopts FMCW radar algorithm to detect whether a person stays statically in the sensing area. It can capture subtle human micromotion such as breathing and slight posture changes. It provides dual output modes: GPIO trigger signal and UART data output, easy to connect with MCU, ESP32, ESPHome and Home Assistant smart host. The 0.75m distance gate enables simple range zoning. It comes with a supporting test kit to simplify testing without extra wiring accessories. It is widely used for smart light switches, occupancy sensing, cabinet induction lights, office presence detection and home automation projects.
