AJMRTC DS18B20 waterproof temperature probe comes in a set of 5. Encapsulated in stainless steel casing, it can be submerged in water for temperature detection. It adopts 1-Wire protocol so you can connect several probes on a single signal line. You can configure the sensor resolution to balance response speed and accuracy. It works great for aquarium monitoring, water tank, refrigerator, HVAC system, soil temperature measurement and other DIY thermostat projects with Arduino or Raspberry Pi.
