Upgrade your Titan Extruder and V6 HotEnd to a Titan Aero with this handy upgrade kit. Better printing with flexible filaments, and access to the same ecosystem of heater blocks and nozzles as with a V6. Titan Aero integrates the Titan extruder and V6 HotEnd into one neat little package. All the lightweight performance, reliability and usability of V6 and Titan, along with some benefits all of its own.

Titan Aero is a compact direct drive HotEnd and extruder combination. It takes the lightweight performance, reliability and usability of the V6 and Titan creating a more compact and refined unit. By combining the V6 and Titan into a single unit, Titan Aero results in a compact extrusion system, offering you an extra 25mm of Z-axis build height in comparison to the V6 and Titan combination in a direct drive setup. The shorter overall length with an integrated sink means Titan Aero can cope with the knocks and bumps associated with the fastest of 3D printers.

The Titan Aero is great for flexibles. A short, well-constrained filament path means there is less room for filament to bend, buckle and jam.

This unit is suitable for printing flexible filaments such as TPU with conservative speeds. Titan Aero is built around the E3D V6 all-metal design, allowing you to reliably 3D print any filament up to 285°C as standard.
