Why does the nozzle get clogged?
Nozzle temp and speed settings vary for different series of filaments, high speed also require higher nozzle temp. Otherwise, the filament would not melt completely, it will become difficult to extrude, affect surface of prints and even cause clog
Why does filaments get tangled?
All of our filament are 100% tangle-free before package open, pls insert the free end of filament into spool holes after each time printing. Note!! when loading filaments to printer, be sure to hold the filament ends to prevent them from interlacing
Why can't the filaments stick to the bed?
1. Raise the hot bed temperature~ 2. Clean the PEI board~ 3. Spray or apply glue~ 4. Print the first layer too quickly~ 5. Raise the nozzle temperature to melt the filament more completely
Why glow in dark filament is brittle when bend hard by hand
Unlike other brands, the reason why our luminous filament is brighter is that we added more luminous powder. It's a bit brittle in filament form, but doesn't affect printing, not recommended to use in AMS. The strength of prints will be same as other
