Adopts unique dual-core and dual-architecture design: dual ARM Cortex-M33 or dual Hazard3 RISC-V processors support, flexible clock running up to 150 MHz. 520KB of SRAM, 16MB onboard Flash memory, with reserved solder pads for PSRAM chip expansion Type-C connector for easier use. Onboard 4inch LCD display, 480×480 resolution, 65K color, for clear color picture display. Supports capacitive touch control via I2C interface, 5-point touch with interrupt support (for touch version only). Onboard CAN, RS485, I2C interface, 6-axis IMU, RTC chip, and TF card slot, etc. Onboard 3.7V MX1.25 Lithium Batt. recharge/discharge header. USB 1.1 with device and host support. Low-power sleep and dormant modes. Drag-and-drop programming using mass storage over USB. Accurate clock and timer on-chip. Temperature sensor. Accelerated floating-point libraries on-chip. 12 × Programmable I/O (PIO) state machines for custom peripheral support
