AJMRTC BTS7960 highpower intelligent drive module adopts BTS7960 power chip to realize Hbridge bidirectional driving. It supports maximum 43A largecurrent output, capable of driving highload DC vehicle motors and semiconductor refrigeration sheets. Intelligent currentlimiting control function can restrict output current automatically, avoiding hardware burnout caused by motor stall or load shortcircuit.
