The SE202 battery spot welder is equipped with two super capacitance, can easily weld 0.1 - 0.3 mm thick nickel sheets, you can finish the welding work easily and efficiently, the welding spot is nice and elegant. Can be used for spot welding of batteries, hardware, and electronic components.
Different from other handheld spot welder on the market, our newly designed machine will display a progress bar on the screen during spot weld mind you the welding process. And comes with 4 welding needles, you can detach and change the spot welder pen easily.
The capacitor energy-gathered pulse technology and low power consumption enable you to use the machine for 12 hrs efficient welding work with no heating problems. For the first use, it needs to be charged for 20 minutes, and the spot welding can be done after the voltage is charged to more than 5V.
The spot welder is mainly used in the welding of nickel sheets of battery, which can be used for spot-welding cylindrical lithium batteries such as 18650/21650 and etc, nickel-metal hydride /cadmium nickel batteries and etc. It can be also used to welding nickel-clad steel plate within 0.3 mm, pure nickel sheet within 0.15 mm and stainless steel belt within 0.35 mm.
