This GQ GMC-500+ Geiger counter is a portable nuclear radiation detector. It detects Beta, Gamma, and X-ray radiation and can be used as a continuous radiation monitor or as a personal dosimeter to track the radiation received.
The difference between GMC-500 and GMC-500+ is that GMC+ has two Geiger Tube Installed while GMC-500 only has one.
