Operating modes:
1. Automatic mode: Program starts ~ charging stops at 4.2V charging stop voltage, charging current is lower than stop current for 30 seconds, first charging completed ~ standstill (no charge or discharge) ~ discharge according to stop voltage setting, load voltage is lower than stop voltage for 10 seconds, discharge completed ~ standstill (no charge or discharge) ~ charging stops at recharge voltage for second time, when recharge voltage is set to 4.2V, charging current is lower than stop current for 30 seconds, program ends (when recharge voltage is not equal to 4.2V, program ends when battery voltage reaches recharge voltage), second charging completed, program ends, automatic mode is completed.
2. Charging mode: Program starts ~ charging stops when charging voltage is set to 4.2V, charging current is lower than stop current for 30 seconds, program ends (when charging voltage is not equal to 4.2V, program ends when battery voltage reaches charging voltage) ~ charging completed.
3. Discharge mode: Program starts ~ load voltage is lower than stop voltage for 10 seconds, program ends ~ discharge completed.
4. Activation mode: For professional use only, during use, test personnel must not leave the site! Forced charging with charging stop voltage, does not stop automatically, manual intervention required to end.
Safety instructions:
1. Use a DC 5V/10A power supply with sufficient power to power the device, otherwise insufficient power supply may cause the equipment to malfunction.
2. The 18650 battery holder is only suitable for testing flat-headed 18650 batteries, not pointed 18650 batteries or batteries of other specifications. Before use, the tension of the elastic contact can be adjusted with pointed-nose pliers.
3. This device is not suitable for charging lithium iron phosphate batteries. When testing lithium iron phosphate batteries, only the discharge mode should be used. Charging, automatic, and activation modes are prohibited.
4. Damaged or leaking batteries are prohibited from being tested with power.
5. The activation mode is a forced charging mode. Non-professionals are not allowed to use it, and personnel should not leave during use.
6. Charging and discharging processes generate heat. Keep away from flammable materials during use.
