Overview The UPO1154HD is a 150 MHz, 4-channel digital oscilloscope built around UNI-T's R12 12-bit ADC architecture, with 1.25 GSa/s real-time sample rate, 100 Mpts memory depth, and a 7-inch capacitive touchscreen. Native 12-bit resolution gives 4, 096 vertical levels 16× the detail of an 8-bit instrument enough to resolve power-supply ripple, sensor outputs, and small AC signals riding on DC offsets where 8-bit scopes lose them in the quantization floor. At 150 MHz with a 2.2 ns rise time and four channels, the UPO1154HD resolves the harmonics, switching transients, and gate-drive interactions that define modern power-electronics design GaN/SiC half-bridge characterization, multi-rail sequence validation, and EMI source identification on the same bench.

USB-C power-bank operation off any 12V/3A PD source and VESA 100×100 mm mounting extend the scope to field characterization without an AC outlet.
