Overview The UPO1152HD is a 150 MHz, 2-channel digital oscilloscope built around UNI-T's R12 12-bit ADC architecture, with 1.25 GSa/s real-time sample rate, 100 Mpts memory depth, and a 7-inch capacitive touchscreen. Native 12-bit resolution gives 4, 096 vertical levels 16× the detail of an 8-bit instrument enough to resolve power-supply ripple, sensor outputs, and small AC signals riding on DC offsets where 8-bit scopes lose them in the quantization floor. At 150 MHz with a 2.2 ns rise time, the UPO1152HD resolves the harmonics and switching transients that drive power-electronics design decisions GaN/SiC switching nodes, gate-drive ringing, and EMI source identification on switch-mode supplies.
