The UPO7204L is a lab-grade 2 GHz, four-channel digital storage oscilloscope in a 1U headless rack-mount form factor, engineered for high-density ATE rack integration, parallel high-channel-count semiconductor parametric test, and aerospace/automotive validation environments. The full 2 GHz analog bandwidth and 10 GSa/s sample rate are available in single-channel mode at 50; four-channel mode runs at 1 GHz analog bandwidth and 2.5 GSa/s. With 1 Gpts of acquisition memory in single-channel mode (250 Mpts at full four-channel), UltraAcq waveform mapping at 600, 000 wfms/s standard (2, 000, 000 wfms/s in Sequence mode), and external display via HDMI plus full WebServer browser-based remote control, the UPO7204L is an eight-in-one bench platform consolidating oscilloscope, spectrum analyzer, DVM, frequency counter, AWG, multi-bus protocol analyzer, power analyzer, and jitter analyzer with eye diagram (some functions require optional license unlocks see Detailed Features below).
