UNI-T UTi740X 400 Inspector Series Thermal Imager 400x300 with 5" Touch Display

The UNI-T UTi740X Inspector Series puts professional-grade thermal imaging into a compact 5-inch handheld device. Built around a 400×300 radiometric detector with 1.28 mrad IFOV and 35mK thermal sensitivity, it accurately resolves temperature variations across switchgear panels, motor housings, transformer oil-fill levels, and PCB hotspots. Super-resolution processing synthesizes an 800×600 output for crisp report figures and annotations. A versatile 5-mode focus system including Continuous AF, Contrast AF, Laser-Assisted Focus, Touch AF, and Manual keeps targets sharp across all working distances in under 2 seconds. Six interchangeable lenses cover a 7° to 46° field of view, including Macro for PCB-level analysis and Ultra-Tele for overhead substation work.

The 5-inch IPS touchscreen (1280×720) supports HDMI output, while connectivity options include Wi-Fi live streaming, Bluetooth, and Type-C USB. A 16-point analyzer with ROI emissivity correction, Smart Meter gauge auto-reading, and AI Voice annotation streamline field workflows. PC and mobile analysis software are included with no subscription required. Rated IP54 with a 6.6 -foot drop rating and operable from -4°F to 131°F.
