But it did include 1 dust filter on the front. which made me wish they added 2 more for the bottom....the main frame is steel. so magnetic dust filters. just leaves open slots..ehh..

but yea no fans. also bigger than i expected for itx...

If the specs I'm seeing are correct, it's 10.53" long, so yes. It can accommodate a 12" card, even. Although, at that length, the front fan (if one is installed at all) may need to be temporarily popped out to be able to put the card in with the front angled upwards, which is easy enough. At slightly less than 11", you may just be able to install it as-is.

This case's bottom intake blow against the direction of your GPU's fans... isn't that bad?

Most GPU fans pull air from the bottom of the case and into the heat sink, and then air will exhaust along the sides and front of the card  for normal multi-fan GPUs, or in the rear for a blower style GPU. If anything, bottom intakes should aid the GPU I’m pulling air onto its heat sinks? At least, that’s my understanding.

Ion the bottom of the case were you place 2 120mm fans can I have them one for intake and other for out take?

It would be a bit weird. The fans are located right next to each other so whatever you're going to exhaust is going to get sucked into the intake since there's no partitioning on the bottom to separate the 2 air streams. If you have a graphics card installed the fans will sit right up next to it as well so you wouldn't really be exhausting much. I have mine set up with front and bottom all intakes with 1 rear exhaust

Can the Lian Li branding be removed from the front of the case for a clean look?

It feels like it should be possible. The branding is raised off the front which suggests that it's a decal of some sort. Just be careful that you don't damage the brushed aluminum finish.
