No, it does not but it has provisions for mounting fans (3x120) on bottom, top and front with mesh grill optional. I chose for (2x140) each location....

Does this come with that Anti-Sag bracket for the GPU above?  Not talking about the Vertical or Horiztonal mount kits for the GPU.

This does not come with an anti-sag bar. You'll need the one for your GPU or a universal separately.

They do not Daniel, most of the Accessories for the dynamic evo are purchased separately.  This includes the vertical gpu mount and the front mesh panel.  There are several more optional upgrades, but I cant think of them at the moment. They are all purchased separately

Will any motherboard be able to be reversed to fit the alternate orientation?

that is correct.  The case itself is the orientation that changes, the motherboard goes right along with it;

Will any motherboard be able to be flipped in order to swap the case orientation? I have a nzxt n7 b550 and I couldn't really find anything about whether or not this would work
