Ubiquiti UF-SM-10G Compatible 10GBASE-LR SFP+ Transceiver Module (SMF, 1310nm, 10km, LC, DOM)
This Ubiquiti UF-SM-10G compatible SFP+ transceiver carries 10GBASE-LR and 10GBASE-LW traffic up to 10 kilometers over single-mode fiber, operating at 1310nm through an LC duplex interface. Built-in Digital Optical Monitoring reports temperature, voltage, and optical power in real time, which the UniFi dashboard can surface so a fading link is visible before it drops.
The module meets the SFP+ MSA, SFF-8431, SFF-8432, and IEEE 802.3ae standards, so it interoperates cleanly in mixed-vendor networks. It suits UniFi switch and Dream Machine uplinks, wireless ISP tower sites, building-to-building fiber runs, campus backbones, and metro area links. Every unit is engineered, produced, and tested in-factory, then verified in real Ubiquiti hardware before it ships. Against the OEM part it can cut optical cabling costs on a project by up to 80 percent.
