Finisar FCLF8522P2BTL Compatible 10/100/1000BASE-T SFP Transceiver Module (Copper, 100m, RJ45)
This Finisar FCLF8522P2BTL compatible SFP module delivers 10, 100, and 1000BASE-T connectivity over Cat5, Cat5e, or better copper cable at distances up to 100 meters (328 ft) through an RJ45 connector. Triple-speed support lets a single port serve older 10 and 100 Mbps equipment alongside Gigabit hardware. It meets the Gigabit Ethernet and 10/100/1000BASE-T specifications in IEEE 802.3-2002 and IEEE 802.3ab.
Because Finisar parts are sold as standards-based optics rather than vendor-coded modules, this one ships uncoded to the SFP MSA and works in open networking platforms, white-box switches, media converters, and any equipment that accepts MSA-compliant transceivers. Each module is engineered, produced, and tested in-factory, and against the OEM part it can cut networking cabling costs on a project by up to 80 percent.
