Arista SFP-10G-SR Compatible 10GBASE-SR SFP+ Transceiver Module (MMF, 850nm, 300m, LC, DOM)
Run 10 Gigabit across a data hall on the multimode fiber already installed. This Arista SFP-10G-SR compatible SFP+ transceiver handles 10GBASE-SR and 10GBASE-SW traffic at 850nm over an LC duplex pair, covering the full 300 meters on OM3, 400 meters on OM4, and 82 meters on older OM2, which suits leaf-to-spine runs and cross-row links that exceed what a lite-reach module supports.
Digital Optical Monitoring feeds back live temperature, voltage, and optical power, so a contaminated connector or weakening transmitter surfaces during maintenance rather than during an outage. Built to the SFP+ MSA, SFF-8431, SFF-8432, and IEEE 802.3ae standards, it interoperates cleanly across mixed-vendor fabrics.
Each unit is written with Arista EEPROM coding and bench-verified in Arista 10G switches, servers, and network interface cards before shipping, so the port accepts it exactly as it would the OEM SFP-10G-SR, without the OEM price.
