F5 Networks F5-UPG-SFPC-R / OPT-0015-00 Compatible Copper SFP Module (1000BASE-T, 100m, RJ45)
This F5 compatible SFP module replaces both the F5-UPG-SFPC-R and the OPT-0015-00, carrying Gigabit Ethernet and 1G Fibre Channel traffic over Cat5 or better twisted-pair cable to 100 meters (328 ft) through an RJ45 connector. It supports 1000BASE-T operation in host systems with a SERDES interface, runs from a single 3.3V supply, and uses a metal enclosure to hold EMI down.
Built to the SFP Multi-Sourcing Agreement, it works in any MSA-compliant equipment and is tested against F5 switches, routers, network interface cards, and media converters. For system integrators, distributors, and end users fitting out BIG-IP deployments, it delivers the same copper link at a fraction of the OEM cost.
