Supermicro AOC-TSR-FS Compatible 10GBASE-SR SFP+ Transceiver Module (MMF, 850nm, 300m, LC, DOM)
Give a Supermicro server a 10 Gigabit fiber link over the multimode plant already in the rack row. This AOC-TSR-FS compatible SFP+ transceiver runs 10GBASE-SR and 10GBASE-SW traffic at 850nm through an LC duplex pair, covering 300 meters on OM3, 400 meters on OM4, and 82 meters on older OM2.
Digital Optical Monitoring is built in, feeding back live temperature, voltage, and optical power so a contaminated connector or weakening transmitter surfaces during maintenance rather than during an outage. Built to the SFP+ MSA, SFF-8431, SFF-8432, and IEEE 802.3ae standards, it interoperates cleanly with whatever optic sits at the far end.
Each unit is written with Supermicro EEPROM coding and bench-verified in Supermicro 10G servers, switches, and network interface cards before shipping, so the port accepts it exactly as it would the OEM AOC-TSR-FS, without the OEM price.
