AJMRTC SX1262PA+LNA LoRa wireless module adopts Semtech SX1262 core RF chip, equipped with integrated power amplifier and low noise amplifier to boost transmit power up to 1W while greatly improving receiver sensitivity. It works on the 868MHz ISM frequency band, which is widely used for European LPWAN IoT applications. LoRa spread spectrum technology delivers excellent anti-fading and anti-interference performance, maintaining reliable data transmission even in obstructed environments such as urban buildings, farmlands and mountainous areas.

The module uses SPI communication bus, which allows host MCU to configure RF parameters, spreading factor, bandwidth, transmit power and address information flexibly. It supports RSSI signal strength detection, CAD channel activity detection and Wake-on-Radio function to realize low-power sleep and wake-up trigger, effectively reducing overall power consumption for battery-powered field devices. It supports LoRa and FSK modulation modes, suitable for point-to-point data transmission or LoRaWAN node development.
