12 Strand 20m Outdoor Armored Single Mode Fiber Optic Cable (LC/UPC to LC/UPC, 9/125)
This pre-terminated trunk cable carries twelve single mode 9/125 strands over a 20 meter run, with LC/UPC connectors factory-fitted on every strand at both ends. At this length it suits rack-to-rack trunks, short riser runs between floors, and links between an equipment room and a nearby closet, with no field splicing needed to put it into service.
The armored construction sets it apart from a standard patch cable. A steel armor layer under the black outer jacket protects the fiber against crush loads, rodents, and abrasion when pulling through conduit or laying in trays. It is built for outdoor use and works equally well indoors, so the same cable type covers both ends of a short external link.
Twelve strands give six duplex links from one pull, leaving spare capacity for later growth. Typical uses are data center trunk runs, riser installations, short campus links, and any single mode connection exposed to physical risk.
