Duplex 20m Outdoor Armored Waterproof Single Mode Fiber Patch Cable (LC/UPC to LC/UPC, 9/125)
This duplex patch cable runs two single mode 9/125 strands over 20 meters (66 ft), with LC/UPC connectors factory terminated on both ends. One strand transmits and one receives, which is the standard arrangement for a bidirectional link between two transceivers, and the factory termination means it goes straight into service without splicing or field polishing.
What makes it an outdoor cable is the construction around the fiber. An armor layer under a 7.0 mm waterproof jacket protects against crush loads, moisture ingress, and abrasion from conduit pulls or exposed runs, so it survives conditions that would end an ordinary indoor patch lead. It is equally usable indoors, which is convenient when a single cable has to pass from an outdoor cabinet into a building.
As single mode fiber it supports 10 Gigabit and lower-rate links over long reaches, and the cable meets ANSI, EIA, and TIA specifications. Typical uses are building-to-building connections, outdoor equipment cabinets, camera and antenna links, and pole or wall runs where the cable is exposed.
