Is this a standard 19" equipment mount?

Hi Elijah,
I bought one of these for my home network closet to accommodate my Ubiquiti US-24 that's 19.09" wide.
The switch along with a patch panel, power distribution unit and a couple of shelves for my Russound P75's fit perfectly.
I did have to reach out to NavePoint after receiving it due to the assembly instructions for this model were not included. They emailed them to me right away.

Does the rear panel open?

No.  The rear panel is mounted to the wall.  This isn't the type of enclosure that has a hinge to open away from the wall.  If you need  access to the rear of the enclosure then you will want to look for something else.  This enclosure does have good access from both sides.  Hope that helps.
