Is the door reversible?

Yes it is easily recersable.  My only fault is one of the side panel spring latches broke since I put in my review, bit it still holds the door closed and can lock, the spring system failed though.

Question 2

I have a dell poweredge server 19"w x 17" deep (1U)  I assume that this wont fit, correct?

This cabinet is just over 17" in depth but the front mountings (to attach the server) result in a depth of around 14". This is a small wall mount enclosure, primarily useful for small devices, patch panels etc (I have some NUCs, Pis etc in here) but not suitable for a full sized server.
I would suggest that you look for a unit that is 27" or more to give space front and back for power cables, air flow etc.

what is the real height?  as there is a ? is it 19" or not also what are the other dimensions?

The ? are where the system didn't recognize what the " symbol was. Those are inch dimensions.

This is a large unit, but after having a few different models of these I can comfortably recommend this particular model of Navepoint to any and everyone.

How is it shipped ?. In flat pack or

Flat Pack, will need to be assembled, which is a good thing since this cabinet is very heavy when fully assembled.
