The NavePoint Side Load Wall-Mount Network Rack is an open frame rack that mounts sideways, enabling 19-inch wide servers, A/V or network rack-mount equipment to be installed perpendicular to the wall. The sideways open frame rack is offered in 9U, 12U and 15U heights with a depth of 22-inches, and can be used in closets, back offices, or anywhere where space is limited.
A side mount open frame design enables maximum airflow with an unobstructed back-end of equipment that reduces hot spots, which helps keep operating temperatures cooler, resulting in a more efficient operation and a longer lifespan. This open design also allows easy access to the front and rear of equipment, from any angle, for cable management and servicing. Cable management is flexible with the ability to run cables from the top, bottom or sides of the rack. The side mount configuration allows for a greater mounting depth than front load network racks, with the elimination of a rear wall barrier. The sideways, left and right, fixed rack rails are cage nut style and clearly marked and numbered for a quick and organized installation.
