AJMRTC JW5068A JW5068AQFNF#TRPBF is a monolithic synchronous step-down DC-DC power regulator chip with QFN-20 package. It adopts I2 control architecture to achieve fast transient response. The chip accepts 4V to 26V input voltage and provides maximum 8A continuous output current, peak current reaches 16A. It achieves up to 95% high efficiency and retains high efficiency at light load. Integrated multiple safety protection mechanisms including thermal protection, short-circuit protection, overvoltage protection and UVLO prevent chip damage.
