The BIGTREETECH MAX31865 V2.0 is a professional high-precision RTD-to-digital conversion module specially designed for 3D printer hotend temperature detection and industrial temperature measurement. Centered on the original MAX31865 dedicated conversion chip, it accurately converts tiny resistance changes of PT100 and PT1000 platinum resistance temperature sensors into readable digital signals, bringing far higher temperature reading accuracy and stability than ordinary thermistor modules, effectively avoiding printing defects such as warping, layer shifting and nozzle clogging caused by inaccurate temperature feedback.
This module adopts standard SPI serial bus communication, featuring fast response speed, strong electromagnetic interference resistance and reliable long-distance signal transmission inside the 3D printer frame. It reserves complete pin headers for direct wiring and docking with BIGTREETECH SKR V1.4, SKR 2 control motherboards, requiring only simple firmware parameter modification to complete configuration without complex circuit transformation.
The V2.0 version optimizes the peripheral circuit design on the PCB, adding reverse power connection protection, transient voltage suppression and filter capacitor circuits. It can effectively resist voltage surge, wiring misconnection and static damage during equipment debugging, greatly improving the service life and operation safety of the temperature acquisition module. The small-size circuit board saves installation space on the printer frame, convenient for fixed mounting near the hot end or mainboard area.
