WiFi connection failed?
Please remember to authorize the App with the album, location, WLAN & cellulardata and turn off the VPN, security software and anti-virus APP of your mobile phone, otherwise you will not be able to connect to wifi.
WiFi is not connecting, is the dash cam malfunctioning?
If there is no connection activity for 5 minutes, the WiFi on the dashcam will automatically shut down. You will need to manually re-enable it by short pressing the power button.
Recording screen disappears after a while?
The screen saver on after 3 minutes, but it does not affect the normal recording of the machine.
Do I need to purchase a separate hardware kit if I want to use the Parking Monitor feature?
Yes, you will need to purchase a separate hardware kit (ASIN: B0D47TVN42).
