1) Since the camera may consume all the power during long-term transportation and storage and cannot be started correctly, please fully charge the camera before using it.

A:
1) Please check whether you have formatted the SD card to FAT32 format before installing the SD card, otherwise the camera cannot read the SD card and shuts down.
