Is live view available when we're away from the car?
No, live view is not available when away from the car. It requires a SIM card for network access, but this feature is not widely available. The dash cam’s WiFi is for local data transfer only and does not provide internet access.
How does the dash cam get power?
The dash cam gets power through the included power cable, which connects to your car’s cigarette lighter socket. When the car is turned off, the power is cut, and the dash cam stops working.
Will loop recording overwrite important videos, like collisions?
Loop recording overwrites old videos when the memory card is full. However, videos triggered by the G-SENSOR, like collisions, are automatically locked. You can also manually lock important videos, and locked files won’t be overwritten.
