Sorry, the camera does not include an memory card. Media can be stored on a memory card (up to 128GB, NOT INCLUDED) or in cloud storage (30-day trial for new users, followed by a subscription).
Can the camera be used outside the United States?
Sorry, the camera only supports local use in the U.S., does not support cross-regional usage.
Why did the camera suddenly stop working?
1: Please check the remaining data allowance on the SIM card.
2: Please check the cameras' electricity. Please charge the device an hour and the turn it on to check whether it is online.
3: Please check the 4G network signal.
Can the memory card keep recording if I don't renew the data plan?
Yes, the memory card can still record even without an internet connection or data plan. Remove the memory card and click on the oldest file on computer to view the offline recordings. (timestamps will default to the initialization date when offline)
