Does not accept by my printer. What should I do to fix it?
Please remove the cartridges turn off the machine and unplug it for fifteen minutes then put the cartridge back in, turn it on and reboot. If still have no luck, please show us the photo of error message for replacement.
Is this cartridge the same as the original cartridge with pigment ink?
Our 972X ink cartridges(BK C M Y) are all with pigment ink as original ones.
