Print technology: Thermal transfer. The thermal printing process employed by ptouch labelling machines enables liquids such as ink or special etching chemicals to permeate the stencil tape, directly marking text, numbers, or barcodes onto the part to be identified.
Tips:First, rewind the green gear counterclockwise to ensure the tape is tightly tensioned. Next, place the tape with the smooth side facing down, secure the label using adhesive, and apply electrolyte to the current head. Then, turn on the power supply and gently press the label with the current head, repeating this process 3 to 5 times. Finally, switch off the power, carefully tear off the label, and remove any residual electrolyte.
