Do I need to download an App? What is it used for?
Yes. Download it from the App Store or Google Play. It's used for Wi-Fi setup and parental controls (volume, modes, photo printing, history). Once connected, kids can print independently without your phone.
Are the App and AI features free to use?
Yes. The app is completely free. Follow the manual to access the official download page. We will never request credit card information. Any payment prompts are third-party ads please ignore, close and report them to us.
Can I use it without Wi-Fi?
This AI Printer requires a 2.4GHz WiFi connection for setup and new sticker generation (5GHz not supported) . If your router uses Smart Connect or a combined name, log in to your router settings and separate the 2.4G and 5G bands.
Is the screen a touch screen? How do I start creating?
No, it is a display screen only. To create, simply hold down the physical button on top, speak your idea clearly, and release the button to start the AI generation.
Why does it sometimes show a "This Is Prohibited" message?
This is our AI Safety System blocking inappropriate or sensitive content to ensure a kid-friendly environment. If a prompt is blocked, just encourage your child to try a different fun and creative idea!
